This July, each newsletter nearly burst at the seams with info and resources.
So I put together a quick roundup in case you missed the important stuff!
First, the U.S. Congress passed a bill that will directly impact our profession and everyone with student loans.
Next, remember that there are often courageous, exceptional people in the midst of awful circumstances. In these times, I hope this rescue swimmer inspires you.
Finally, if you care about reducing burnout, consider it mandatory to celebrate your client victories whenever you can!
Resources shared this month:
Un-Break Your Brain: A Systems-Based Solution for Clinician Overwhelm went live, and the video and companion resources are for $27.
And two incredible consultants shared free resources with us.

I know just how insane your job is right now. Good luck this week, and soak up a little extra sunshine when you can.
Joy Intervention: Go to the Children's Museum.
I found myself at the The Children's Museum of Indianapolis this month.
Now I should emphasize, your girl LOVES a museum.
Every type of museum. Give it to me.
Big stuffy art museum? I'm in.
Quirky niche pinball museum. Pick me up in 4 hours.
So I was planning to enjoy this but it still blew. my. mind. whole.
If you haven't been to a children's museum in a while, find a kid and take them to the nearest one you can find (ask their parent for permission first, obviously).
They're interactive, they are designed to make kids happy, and it turns out, that makes adults happy too. (When's the last time you were in a crowd of happy adults? Exactly.)
For example, completely by surprise, we stumbled into an incredible collection of costumes from Ruth E. Carter, the Oscar-winning designer responsible for looks from Marvel's Black Panther, Amistad, Malcolm X and more. I was a very happy movie nerd.
So this is my recommendation to you: Go somewhere where the mission is to delight children, and you'll find yourself delighted too.
