Workshop Sneak Peek and FAQs

Nov 18, 2024

Hey there,

In the words of Big Freedia,

YOU ALREADY KNO-O-O-O-O-O-W!!!!...

Big Freedia In Your Pocket!

…that I’m hosting a free workshop on Wednesday. In fact, you might have already registered!

Before I give you the sneak peek at what getting covered, let me answer two very important questions:

Do I need to have my camera on?

It’s 100% your choice, come as you are!

If you’ve got to bring your lunch or wear your bonnet, you’ll be good. I’m recording my screen and audio, and my face, but any on-camera discussion time will not be recorded. Most of your participation will be via chat.

Can I watch the recording?

Yes, but I need you to register.

I’ll use the registration list to provide temporary video access later (tech permitting). You’ll just miss out on the discussion/Q&A portion of the workshop.

Hopefully that entices you to join us!

Register for the Burnout Prevention Workshop

Here's Our Agenda:

Introduction

We’re going to review objectives, ground rules, and get our heads right!

Burnout Myths/Facts

We’ll address harmful assumptions that therapists and therapy leadership make about burnout in our profession.

Practice

Activity time: Apply the facts to your current reality, and get clear about what you really need. I promise that I won’t tell you to light a candle and take a bubble bath. In fact, I’m not going to tell you what to do at all. I’ll make space for you to catch your breath and figure out your own next move.

Takeaways

Armed with solid info, what will you do next? We’ll close with some time for you to recommit to your professional well-being.

Shared reflections and Q&A

Let’s swap ideas and answer questions if time allows.

And that’s it! Boom, back to your life (and hopefully better for it)!

Click the button to register and I’ll see you soon!
