How other people are coping right now.

This week, writer and lifecoach Susie Moore compiled a bunch of responses to the question: How are you coping right now?

One of my current coping strategies shows up into her Wondermind article (#29).

...And before you ask, no she is not my lifecoach but I did learn a ton about writing via one of her trainings.

Anyhoo, it was awesome to see so many unique ways of handling this current reality. I'm going to prioritize "Doing the little things" (#16) for the next couple weeks.

31 People Share How They’re Coping Right Now

None of these ideas are revolutionary. But as you know, when you're feeling overwhelmed, it can be hard to access your memory and creativity.

You can get disconnected from the basic things that help you feel better when your brain gets flooded.

So it helps to have a visual, physical, or written reminder of what you want/need to do in the tough times to refocus.

I hope you'll check out the article and let me know (reply/comment) if you're going to try anything on this list or what you would add!

Good luck this week.

P.S. The very first supporters-only event is coming up soon! We're going to get our personal/professional plans for the next 3 months together in this Quarterly Planning Workshop. Put it on your calendar for Wednesday, April 2nd, Noon Pacific.

I will be sending the zoom links out to your email next week. Make sure to become a one-time or recurring supporter before next Sunday if you want to join!

Can't make this one? I'll host a supporters-only workshop every 3 months for now, and more often if there's more interest. So please, chat back and let me know what would be useful for you!
