Research Therapist:

"In this video, I'll activate the central executive network to soothe the salience network and reduce nociplastic pain."

Research Therapist, in their demonstration video (doing just what they said they'd do):

"Notice your memory and how it makes you feel now. Follow my fingers with your eyes. What do you notice?"

Client in the demonstration video:

"I am the same person now, but different somehow too."
