How to Run Your Own Co-Working (Body Doubling) Hour!

I've been attending or hosting co-working sessions for years.

Here are the rules for the hour that help protect our peace, accomplish the intended task, and share our wins.

You're welcome to adapt these to start your own group or partner with a buddy when you want to be ACTUALLY PRODUCTIVE.

-Please enter and leave quietly

-Introduce yourself in the chat: First Name, First Task, Estimated Time for Task

-You’ll get the best results with camera on, but please mute your mic!

-If you are stepping away or switching tasks, inform the chat. (e.g., “Bio break, back at 12:20...Returned.” “Task 1 completed, new task, treatment plan from yesterday, 15 minutes.”

A 5-10-minute group break/debrief scheduled at :55 minutes
